Before Leadership Had a Title
Kay did not grow up with a blueprint for corporate leadership.
As one of ten children, she moved more than fifty times before adulthood. Instability taught her how to adapt quickly, read environments, solve what was in front of her, and keep moving even when she did not feel secure.
For years, she viewed those abilities only as survival skills. Later, she recognized them as leadership capabilities: adaptability, awareness, resilience, communication, judgment, and the ability to create order in uncertainty.

From Healthcare Registration to Technology Delivery Leadership
Kay's career began in healthcare registration, where she learned workflow management, customer judgment, operational discipline, data responsibility, and calm communication under pressure.
A technical training program and internship opened her first door into technology. She later advanced through client delivery, program leadership, and complex cross-functional execution.
Along the way, she learned that talent alone does not create advancement. Women also need positioning, credibility, visibility, relationships, organizational intelligence, and systems for communicating measurable impact.

Kay holds an MBA in Information Technology and professional credentials in project management and Scrum. She is pursuing doctoral study in business administration with an information technology concentration.
Her experience includes technology delivery, client leadership, program execution, operational governance, cross-functional collaboration, and career-development support.
