Meet the Founder

From Instability to Executive Leadership

Kay Usmani did not grow up with a blueprint for corporate leadership.

As one of ten children, she moved more than fifty times before adulthood. Those experiences taught her to adapt, read environments, solve problems, communicate under pressure, and create order in uncertainty.

Her career began in healthcare registration before progressing through technical training, internships, client delivery, program leadership, and technology delivery leadership.

The Governance Method™ is the framework she wishes she had while learning how to enter, establish credibility, increase visibility, navigate corporate environments, and lead with intention.
